We simplify complex financial workflows, including payments, compliance, and business intelligence, to help our customers grow with confidence. We are currently looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join us in Tel Aviv as the first technical hire for our newly formed Machine Learning team.
What you'll be doing
- Take ownership of the technical foundation by selecting the core technology stack, frameworks, and development practices for our new ML team.
- Design and implement our initial infrastructure, including data pipelines and model deployment frameworks, while establishing robust MLOps workflows.
- Lead by example through the direct development of ML models, while defining the coding standards and technical culture that will guide our future growth.
What you'll bring
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in environments where you can build from the ground up. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- Proven success in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and implementing MLOps best practices.
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with a PhD being an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- A background in fintech or financial services is considered a plus.
- Fluency in English.
