As we continue to invest in our AI-driven capabilities to create personalized experiences for our shoppers, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our AI/ML team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our home page personalization, search, and recommendation engines while driving significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product strategy that leverages Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and computer vision to enhance the personalized shopping journey for our millions of members.
- Own the product roadmap for key strategic initiatives, ensuring your engineering team is empowered to launch features efficiently by removing roadblocks and maintaining a sharp focus on prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in marketing and merchandising to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven ability to work effectively with AI/ML or Data Science teams, with a specific talent for translating complex business goals into clear technical requirements.
- A strong, data-driven mindset and a track record of shipping high-impact products in an agile environment using a user-first approach.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance high-level strategic vision with the detailed design work necessary to create a superior shopping experience.
What we offer
