We are now looking for an experienced AI ML NLP Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis and help advance our next generation of machine learning products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models that solve real business problems across the full development lifecycle in the FinTech space.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Python and FastAPI while contributing to scalable MLOps pipelines that keep models reliable and efficient in production.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope projects, deliver solutions, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Five or more years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML engineer for the Assistant Vice President level, or eight or more years for the Vice President level, with an advanced degree in AI, machine learning, data science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience building, training, and deploying production-grade models in at least one of the following areas: generative AI or large language models, or natural language processing.
• Strong proficiency in Python along with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, experience developing RESTful APIs and large-scale machine learning infrastructure on AWS, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases including Snowflake.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques such as tokenization, stemming, text normalization, summarization, and question answering, plus solid understanding of software development practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

What we offer

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $220,000 depending on level. In addition to salary, we provide equity for all full-time employees and an annual performance bonus. Employees in this role follow a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely.
