We are a B2B platform dedicated to helping fitness studios manage and scale their operations through innovative technology. We are looking for a skilled AI ML Engineer to join our team in India and help us build intelligent agents that drive real business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using AWS services like SageMaker and Bedrock.
- Create solutions using foundational models such as GPT and Claude to improve platform functionality.
- Collaborate with data engineers to clean, prepare, and manage data for model training.
- Develop intelligent agents that assist with member engagement, appointment scheduling, and revenue optimization.
- Monitor and refine the performance of models after they have been deployed.
- Work alongside product managers and software engineers to integrate AI features into our core platform.
- Keep pace with the latest developments in the fields of AI, machine learning, and cloud technology.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the design and deployment of machine learning models.
- Hands-on experience with AWS tools, specifically SageMaker and Bedrock.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid background in data wrangling and pre-processing techniques.
- Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- A genuine interest in the fitness industry.
- Fluency in English.
