We are a B2B platform that empowers fitness studios to manage and grow their business. We’re looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team and leverage the power of AWS cloud to create intelligent agents for our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using AWS cloud services like SageMaker and Bedrock.
  • Experience in building upon pre-trained foundational models such as GPT, Claude, or similar large language models to enhance specific functionalities of your solutions.
  • Utilise pre-trained foundational models from Amazon SageMaker to accelerate model development for specific business needs.
  • Work closely with data engineers to ingest, clean, and prepare platform data for model training.
  • Develop and implement intelligent agents tailored to each business using our platform, focusing on tasks like appointment scheduling, member engagement, and revenue optimisation.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of deployed models.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML and AWS cloud technologies.


    • Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Proven experience working with AWS cloud services, particularly SageMaker and Bedrock.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical methods.
  • Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and pre-processing techniques.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python (or similar languages).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for the fitness industry and a desire to make a positive impact.
