We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our growing Data and AI team in France, where we foster a culture of continuous improvement through our unique BlackBelt training program.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior AI ML Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in France. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience who is ready to tackle ambitious technical challenges and contribute to high-impact projects. You will be part of a specialized community of 75 data experts, working specifically within our AI division to develop and deploy innovative machine learning and generative AI solutions in the public cloud.
What will you do?
- Design and develop scalable AI and machine learning architectures within public cloud environments.
- Build and optimize MLOps pipelines to effectively industrialize models and integrate them into existing applications.
- Create generative AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models, RAG systems, and vector databases.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong command of Python and extensive experience with Data Engineering, Cloud platforms, and Kubernetes. You are comfortable working with MLOps practices and are passionate about staying at the forefront of AI innovation. We value candidates who are fluent in both English and French, as you will be collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders. You should also be prepared to advocate for ethical and legal standards in AI development.
