What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior AI Machine Learning R&D Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a key role in designing and implementing machine learning solutions that drive our business forward, taking ownership of projects from the initial concept through to final deployment.
What will you do?
- Design and build machine learning models and algorithms tailored to our localization workflows, including work on machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and quality assurance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and that development maintains steady momentum until delivery.
- Deploy and monitor production environments using AWS services like Sagemaker, EC2, and S3, while utilizing Docker for containerization.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in writing production-grade Python code.
- Extensive hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Deep knowledge of NLP techniques and modern machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and ML management tools like ML Flow.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
