About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this position, you will take ownership of data-driven projects from their initial conception through to final delivery. You will work on designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics and statistical models that directly support our business goals and enhance our localization workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms, specifically focusing on machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and quality assurance processes.
- Take full ownership of technical projects, ensuring they meet defined requirements and maintain consistent progress until they are successfully deployed.
- Utilize Python, TensorFlow, and other industry-standard frameworks to build, optimize, and evaluate the performance of your models against specific business challenges.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technical execution and project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- High proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- A strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib and D3.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across the organization.
