We are looking for a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. We specialize in multilingual content transformation, offering translation and localization services in over 250 languages. By combining advanced technology with a network of 400,000 linguistic experts, we create high-quality training data solutions that power NLP-enabled machine learning. Responsibilities
- Design and build machine learning models and algorithms to improve our localization workflows, focusing on areas like machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and quality assurance.
- Take full ownership of projects from the initial definition phase through to final delivery, ensuring all technical requirements are met and the project maintains steady momentum.
- Select and implement the most effective machine learning techniques, using Python, TensorFlow, and other relevant frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- High proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- A strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proven track record of managing projects from conception to deployment and a demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
