We are currently looking for a mid-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.

Key outcomes

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our localization and business workflows, including work on machine translation and LLM fine-tuning.
• Manage projects from the initial definition phase through to final delivery, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Select and apply the most effective machine learning techniques to address specific business challenges.
• Build and optimize models using Python, TensorFlow, and other industry-standard frameworks.
• Conduct statistical analysis and refine models based on testing results.
• Maintain thorough documentation of experiments and deployments while communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry advancements and contribute to the ongoing growth of our technical capabilities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• High proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Extensive background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong skills in statistical modeling and data visualization using tools like matplotlib or bokeh.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• A strong analytical mindset combined with solid business acumen.
