We are currently looking for a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our global team on a full-time, remote basis.

Key outcomes

• Design and build machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our localization workflows, including machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and quality assurance.
• Take full ownership of projects from the initial definition phase through to final deployment, ensuring technical requirements are met and project momentum is maintained.
• Select and evaluate the most effective machine learning techniques to address specific business challenges.
• Develop and optimize models using Python, TensorFlow, and other industry-standard frameworks.
• Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and fine-tuning based on testing results.
• Manage the deployment of models using containerization tools like Docker and cloud infrastructure.
• Utilize AWS services, such as Sagemaker, EC2, and S3, to effectively deploy and monitor production environments.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate clearly regarding ML design, experimentation, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proficiency in writing robust, production-grade Python code.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and both supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with NLP techniques.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to deployment and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Strong technical experience with AWS deployment strategies and ML management tools like MLFlow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
