What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of machine learning projects from the initial design phase all the way through to deployment. You will be responsible for building solutions that enhance our localization and business workflows, ensuring our models perform optimally against our business goals.
What will you do?
- Design and build machine learning models and algorithms, focusing on areas like machine translation, LLM finetuning, and quality assurance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and stay on track from conception to final delivery.
- Deploy and monitor your models using AWS infrastructure and Docker containerization to ensure they are production-ready.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in machine learning and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Sagemaker.
- Experience with MLFlow and containerization tools like Docker.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
