What you bring

As a Senior professional in this Full Time, remote role, you will play a vital part in our mission to innovate through data. You will work from anywhere to help us bridge the gap between complex language data and actionable business insights. Your primary responsibilities will include the following.

• Designing and developing advanced machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our localization workflows, including machine translation and LLM fine-tuning.
• Taking full ownership of machine learning projects, guiding them from initial definition through to successful deployment and delivery.
• Implementing and optimizing models using core technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to solve real-world business challenges.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines deep technical expertise with a sharp analytical mind. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, supported by at least three years of professional experience in machine learning. Proficiency in Python is essential, as is a strong background in NLP, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning. You should be comfortable using scikit-learn and various data visualization tools to communicate your findings clearly. Beyond technical skills, we value candidates who possess excellent documentation habits and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
