What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that support our organization, taking ownership of projects from the initial concept through to final delivery.
What will you do?
- Design and build machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our localization workflows, including work on machine translation, LLM finetuning, and quality assurance.
- Take full ownership of technical projects, ensuring they meet our requirements and maintain steady progress until they are successfully deployed.
- Implement and optimize advanced models using Python, TensorFlow, and other industry-standard frameworks while performing statistical analysis to refine our results.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong background in Natural Language Processing and a deep understanding of machine learning techniques. You must be highly proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Additionally, you should be skilled in data visualization and capable of explaining complex technical concepts to stakeholders who may not have a technical background. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred, though we value equivalent experience as well.
