The role

We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere. You will play a vital role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance our localization and business workflows. If you are an analytical thinker who enjoys taking ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery, we would love to have you on our team.

Core responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms, focusing on areas such as machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and quality assurance.
• Take full ownership of technical projects, ensuring they are defined, developed, and delivered to meet our business objectives.
• Implement and optimize machine learning technologies using Python, TensorFlow, and other industry-standard frameworks to solve complex business challenges.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technical execution and project management. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar capacity.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proven background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with data visualization tools to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
