We are looking for a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Welocalize, we serve as a global transformation partner, helping brands engage international audiences through expert translation, localization, and high-quality data solutions for machine learning.

Responsibilities

Design and build machine learning models to improve our localization workflows, including work on machine translation and LLM fine-tuning.
Manage projects from the initial concept phase through to final delivery, ensuring all technical goals are met.
Select and implement the best algorithms and techniques to solve complex business problems.
Use Python, TensorFlow, and other industry-standard frameworks to optimize our models.
Conduct statistical analysis and refine models based on testing results.
Document your experimentation and deployment processes while communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.
Stay current with the latest developments in the field to drive continuous innovation.

Must-haves

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a machine learning engineering role.
High proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Strong background in Natural Language Processing.
Experience with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
Proven ability to own projects from start to finish and mentor junior team members.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
