About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will take ownership of the design, development, and implementation of machine learning solutions that support our core business workflows. You will guide projects from their initial conception through to final deployment, ensuring our models are optimized to meet specific business objectives while leveraging modern cloud infrastructure and containerization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms, focusing on areas such as machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and automated quality assurance.
- Take full ownership of technical projects, managing them from definition to successful deployment while maintaining project momentum and technical standards.
- Utilize AWS technologies, Docker, and MLFlow to deploy, monitor, and optimize production-grade machine learning environments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- High proficiency in writing production-grade Python code.
- Strong hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization tools like Docker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Location
This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
