We are looking for a junior-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our remote team, where you will help us innovate and democratize learning while receiving mentorship from our experienced senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI/ML software solutions while collaborating with product owners to define new features.
Research, prototype, and select the best in-house or commercial technologies for our systems.
Design and build robust data pipelines, including the analysis, curation, and cleansing of datasets.
Create comprehensive documentation, such as system and sequence diagrams, to ensure technical alignment.
Apply generative AI techniques to improve both our products and daily internal productivity.
Explore emerging technologies through proof-of-concept projects and share your findings with the wider team.
Contribute to operational improvements and the establishment of best practices across the organization.

Must-haves

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
Strong understanding of generative AI, NLP, and large language models.
Ability to design and document APIs, data models, and service interactions.
Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
