We are looking for a junior-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our remote team, where you will help us innovate and democratize learning while receiving mentorship from our experienced senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI/ML software solutions while collaborating with product owners to define new features.
- Research, prototype, and select the best in-house or commercial technologies for our systems.
- Design and build robust data pipelines, including the analysis, curation, and cleansing of datasets.
- Create comprehensive documentation, such as system and sequence diagrams, to ensure technical alignment.
- Apply generative AI techniques to improve both our products and daily internal productivity.
- Explore emerging technologies through proof-of-concept projects and share your findings with the wider team.
- Contribute to operational improvements and the establishment of best practices across the organization.
Must-haves
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, NLP, and large language models.
- Ability to design and document APIs, data models, and service interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
