Role at a glance

We are seeking a mid-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our global network across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Your impact

Design and build sophisticated machine learning models to enhance our localization workflows, including advancements in machine translation and LLM fine-tuning.
Take full ownership of technical projects, guiding them from the initial concept phase all the way through to successful deployment.
Analyze business challenges and implement data-driven strategies using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to deliver measurable results.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technical execution and clear communication. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
High proficiency in Python and extensive experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
A strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and statistical modeling.
Experience using data visualization tools to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent documentation skills and a proactive approach to solving business problems.
