Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our global network across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Your impact
- Design and build sophisticated machine learning models to enhance our localization workflows, including advancements in machine translation and LLM fine-tuning.
- Take full ownership of technical projects, guiding them from the initial concept phase all the way through to successful deployment.
- Analyze business challenges and implement data-driven strategies using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to deliver measurable results.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technical execution and clear communication. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Python and extensive experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- A strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and statistical modeling.
- Experience using data visualization tools to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation skills and a proactive approach to solving business problems.
