What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that support our global business goals, taking ownership of projects from the initial concept phase all the way through to final delivery.
What will you do?
- Design and build machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our localization workflows, including work on machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and quality assurance.
- Take full ownership of technical projects, ensuring they meet our requirements and maintain steady progress until they are successfully deployed.
- Select and implement the best machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems while optimizing performance using tools like Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Python and has a strong background in Natural Language Processing. You should be comfortable working with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Additionally, we value candidates who possess the following qualities:
- A solid understanding of statistical modeling and data visualization tools.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to mentor more junior team members.
