What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior AI Learning Experience Designer to join our AI-First Learning department. This is a contractor position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our internal education efforts, using cutting-edge technology to shape how our employees learn and grow.
What will you do?
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that directly improve employee performance and skill sets.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and CoPilot to streamline content creation, build assessments, and offer personalized learning paths.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and managers to pinpoint skill gaps and develop targeted solutions that address those specific needs.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in instructional design, Learning and Development, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualities:
- A solid foundation in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms and using authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Vyond.
- A deep curiosity for AI-powered innovation and the ability to integrate these tools into everyday training workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive while working across different teams and time zones.
- Bonus points if you have experience with learning analytics, prompt engineering, or a genuine interest in gaming culture.
