We are looking for a motivated AI Intern to join our team in Italy on a full-time basis. NextEnergy Group has been a leader in the international solar sector since 2007, managing investment, asset management, and development across global markets to foster a sustainable future. In this role, you will play a vital part in our internal digital transformation by supporting the rollout of Copilot across our organization. You will help drive user adoption, coordinate enablement activities, and foster an engaged community of users while working alongside our Data and AI team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the project management and planning efforts for the company-wide implementation of Copilot.
- Organize and facilitate enablement workshops, which includes managing logistics, scheduling, and attendee coordination.
- Assist in building and maintaining a vibrant user community through event planning, competition management, and active communication via internal channels.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in or a recent graduate of a degree program in a field such as Business, Technology, Communications, or Environmental Studies.
- Strong AI literacy and a genuine curiosity about how emerging technologies can solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or communications, whether through academic projects or previous internships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Strong time management capabilities and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
