Responsibilities
- Identify and deploy AI solutions for inventory management, demand forecasting, product design, and customer service.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks to boost efficiency across various departments.
- Design and launch AI agents while collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Maintain internal automation tools and ensure they provide measurable value to the team.
- Educate staff on new AI capabilities by developing training resources and support documentation.
- Monitor the performance of AI models and use data-driven insights to refine our processes.
- Research emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry trends.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of experience in AI implementation or technology, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion retail sectors.
- Practical knowledge of how AI functions in commercial environments.
- Proven experience in automating business processes and deploying internal tools.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from concept to execution.
- An analytical mindset focused on delivering commercial impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Fluency in English.
