AI Implementation Engineer at Tonkean

The role

We are looking for a Senior AI Implementation Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in Israel. This is a hybrid role for a hands-on builder who wants to design and implement end-to-end solutions directly within customer environments. You will shape the full product experience, including UI/UX and interaction patterns, to ensure our solutions are cohesive and intuitive. This position is an excellent entry point into modern, AI-native engineering, offering deep exposure to enterprise integrations and complex system design.

Core responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end customer solutions by combining automation logic with thoughtful UI/UX and user interaction flows.
• Translate business intent and customer requests into complete, production-ready solutions using our no-code platform.
• Integrate various systems using APIs, webhooks, and JSON to deliver seamless, scalable experiences for our users.

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong startup mindset. You should have the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency with no-code or low-code platforms and a natural ability to think in systems and user flows.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• A deep commitment to UX design and a passion for solving ambiguous problems where both technical and experiential solutions are required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity regarding how AI can augment the way solutions are built and delivered.
