What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that integrate directly into our existing suite of products and services.
• Create robust evaluation frameworks and monitoring tools to ensure the performance and safety of our AI systems in production environments.
• Collaborate on the evolution of our internal agent framework while establishing best practices for the development and deployment of advanced AI technologies.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in software or data engineering, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in research or startup settings.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data systems.
• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning, including experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies.
• A proven ability to evaluate and monitor ML systems in a production environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• A self-directed mindset that allows you to navigate ambiguity and define complex problems independently.

What you'll get

We offer a compensation range of $205,000 to $270,000, though final pay may vary based on your specific skills, experience, and location. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
