The role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join us as a Founding AI Product Engineer on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a critical role in our growth by integrating Large Language Models, embeddings, and advanced AI technologies into our core product. You will have the autonomy to experiment and prototype while collaborating closely with our engineering, product, and security teams to define our AI strategy from the ground up.

Core responsibilities

• Design and test new AI-driven capabilities while pushing the boundaries of what is possible in cybersecurity.
• Collaborate across operations, product, and security teams to deliver impactful AI-powered features and business workflows.
• Lead our AI innovation efforts by serving as the subject matter expert and guiding the team on advancements in LLMs and embeddings.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience working with both open-source and paid LLMs, embeddings, and natural language processing technologies.
• A deep understanding of data pipeline technologies such as Spark, Flink, or Kafka.
• Proficiency in cloud-based AI and machine learning tools, specifically within Google Cloud (Vertex AI) or AWS.
• A proven ability to take AI models from the research phase into production environments.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
