We are currently looking for an innovative AI Engineer to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity to help shape our AI strategy and integrate advanced machine learning models into our product suite.

Key outcomes

• Train and fine-tune supervised learning models, such as classification and embedding systems, for both internal tools and customer-facing features.
• Lead prompt engineering initiatives to optimize Large Language Model behavior for specific business use cases.
• Design and implement robust evaluation pipelines for both traditional machine learning models and LLMs.
• Build and maintain frameworks that support model benchmarking, performance tracking, and prompt iteration.
• Collaborate with our security team to ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict compliance standards.
• Assess and compare various commercial and open-source LLMs to determine their alignment, cost, and reliability for our platform.
• Monitor production models to ensure ongoing quality and performance.

Requirements

• Four to six years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or applied AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and essential machine learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation methodologies.
• Solid understanding of LLMs and traditional machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure and data workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience successfully deploying supervised learning models into production environments.
