What you bring

In this full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, you will own the end-to-end AI lifecycle. You will work with a diverse tech stack including Python, Golang, and various cloud infrastructure tools to deliver scalable solutions that drive our data-driven culture. Your core responsibilities include:

• Identifying high-impact AI opportunities and developing proof of concepts to validate their real-world value.
• Designing and building robust data pipelines to support model training and evaluation.
• Integrating and deploying scalable AI-based backend services and APIs while maintaining a you build it, you run it mindset.

Requirements

We are looking for an AI-first engineer who possesses a strong background in software development and a proven track record of leveraging Generative AI to enhance products. You should be proficient in Python and Golang, with expert knowledge of REST APIs and database management, including both relational and vector databases. Experience with AI cloud infrastructure and MLOps platforms like Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock is essential. You should be comfortable with statistical evaluation techniques and have a deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning processes. Fluency in English is required, and we value candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and eager to drive an AI-first culture across our organization.
