About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work within an enterprise SaaS environment to design, build, and train AI-powered services that process complex data within the life sciences sector. You will be a key contributor to our product teams, helping us navigate the intersection of cutting-edge generative AI and the rigorous demands of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build robust, cloud-based pipelines that ingest and process diverse, complex life sciences data.
• Develop transparent and explainable AI systems that maintain the high level of scientific accuracy and trust required by medical professionals.
• Lead agile teams in the execution of innovative AI solutions, ensuring that our technical output remains both scalable and aligned with regulatory standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in software development and a passion for advancing AI technology. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS software development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with cloud computing environments, preferably GCP.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and standard Data Science toolkits.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, depending on your level of experience. Beyond compensation, we support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package:
