What you bring

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will take ownership of the systems that allow our teams to leverage LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. You will be instrumental in building the platforms and shared services that scale our AI capabilities across the company. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing scalable AI platform services that facilitate model usage and agent workflows.
• Building and maintaining robust knowledge retrieval systems, including database management and embedding strategies.
• Establishing frameworks for AI observability, including monitoring for quality, safety, latency, and cost.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and have significant experience working with LLMs. We are looking for someone with a strong background in developing Python-based data products and machine learning systems. You should be comfortable with software development best practices, including Git, testing, and CI/CD frameworks. We value candidates who can thrive in a fast-moving environment, navigate ambiguity, and translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with AI model evaluation, context engineering, and knowledge grounding will be essential to your success.
