The opportunity

As a Senior AI Engineer you will shape the intelligence behind our core products, working with vast data sets and modern cloud infrastructure to turn raw information into features our customers rely on every day. Your work will sit at the center of product development, helping us stay ahead in a fast-moving space while seeing your models move from prototype to production on a regular basis.

A day in the life

• Design, build, and launch high-performance data science solutions that power new product capabilities.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn roadmap ideas into working features that solve real business challenges.
• Review and refine existing models and algorithms, improving speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability while keeping pace with the latest research and industry practices.

Who you are

You bring a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Statistics, or another quantitative field, and you have at least five years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, statistician, or data scientist. You are fluent in Python, SQL, and big-data query languages, and you have deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, AI, data mining, and neural networks. Experience deploying large-scale solutions on cloud platforms and working with distributed computing frameworks is essential, as is a track record of using data storytelling and visualization to influence product direction. Strong communication skills, comfort navigating cross-functional teams, and a willingness to both mentor others and keep learning new techniques round out your profile. English proficiency is required, and any background in advertising technology or affiliate marketing is a welcome plus.
