About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying the AI features that power our platform. You will help us streamline the identification, referral, and enrollment of patients into clinical trials, playing a vital part in our mission to improve health outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy innovative solutions using Large Language Models to improve efficiency in clinical trial recruitment.
• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to integrate sophisticated AI models into our existing software suite.
• Utilize your expertise in machine learning and experiment design to manage datasets, evaluate model performance, and refine our technical solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in AI or machine learning, with a specific focus on LLMs.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying applications that leverage modern AI frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• A solid grasp of classic machine learning algorithms and a practical understanding of experiment design.
• A strong respect for healthcare privacy and compliance standards, such as HIPAA.
• A passion for teaching and helping your teammates succeed in their own work.
