AI Engineer at Ketryx

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team at Ketryx. We are dedicated to transforming the way medical device manufacturers bring life-saving innovations to market. Our platform helps teams build safer, more reliable software by automating complex documentation and quality processes. As a member of our growing AI team, you will help us evolve Ketryx Intelligence, our specialized solution that integrates artificial intelligence into the medical software development lifecycle. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts, where you will work alongside a highly motivated team to solve real-world problems in a strictly regulated industry.

Key outcomes

• Expand the capabilities of Ketryx Intelligence across our entire platform.
• Develop and refine natural language processing techniques to improve requirement analysis and identify potential gaps in development.
• Create methodologies for AI-assisted verification and validation that align with regulatory standards.
• Design AI-driven systems for document processing and generation that feature continuous validation.
• Build testing frameworks to empirically measure the accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction of our AI components.
• Implement monitoring systems to ensure the ongoing validation of AI features within regulated environments.
• Collaborate with our product team to design and deliver impactful AI solutions that solve specific user challenges.
• Ensure all AI systems remain compliant with medical software requirements through systematic testing protocols.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with practical experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in NextJS and TypeScript for product integration.
• Strong foundation in general software engineering practices and experience building production-ready systems.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and natural language processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with React and GraphQL.
• Prior experience deploying AI systems within regulated industries.
• A solid understanding of medical device software development processes.

Compensation
