We are currently looking for a senior AI Engineer to join our remote-first team and help define the next generation of AI-powered learning experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Technical Leadership and Architecture: You will define the technical direction for AI-powered features across our platform, ensuring every solution is maintainable, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Hands-on AI Engineering: You will build end-to-end AI solutions, ranging from exploring models and APIs to designing data flows and integrating these features into customer-facing experiences.
- Enablement and Mentorship: You will act as a multiplier for the engineering team by pairing with colleagues, reviewing designs, and helping classical software engineers transition into AI bridge engineers.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in AI engineering and a track record of shipping AI-powered capabilities.
- Deep understanding of LLM providers and experience working with modern AI integrations.
- Strong proficiency in software engineering fundamentals, including data pipelines, observability, and system design.
