What you'll be doing

• Design and implement innovative evaluation frameworks and interactive tools for large language models and AI agents across various data modalities like text, audio, and video.
• Research and develop methodologies to evaluate and train specialized AI agents, focusing on robust systems for human-in-the-loop feedback and reinforcement learning.
• Build sophisticated user interfaces using React that enable researchers and engineers to debug, understand, and improve complex AI models.

What you'll bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a software or machine learning engineering role, with a strong focus on applied AI.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, along with practical experience using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models, including prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Full-stack development experience, specifically using React to create responsive and interactive applications.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js and GraphQL, with bonus points for experience in GCP and Kubernetes.
• A proactive, product-minded approach and a commitment to writing clean, well-tested code.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively within our global team.

What you'll get

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $260,000 USD. Please note that exact compensation is determined by your specific skills, experience, and location.
