What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level AI Engineer to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. In this role, you will work directly with advanced software and machine learning teams to deploy large-scale generative AI solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. You will leverage your expertise in Python, JavaScript, Transformers, PyTorch, and NumPy to solve complex, real-world problems.

• Lead the design, construction, and optimization of generative AI pipelines for our enterprise clients.
• Partner with technical teams to understand their unique challenges and deliver robust solutions that navigate the complexities of production environments.
• Act as a strategic advisor to guide companies through the adoption and scaling of generative AI technologies using our platform's best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning or enterprise-focused technical roles. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, specifically based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as proficiency in Linux and Unix systems. You must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Furthermore, you should have demonstrated success in building AI applications for production and a deep curiosity for staying ahead of the latest developments in generative AI research.
