We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our remote team and help us build and deploy innovative AI solutions that make a real difference for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Integrate advanced AI models directly into our product offerings.
- Manage the deployment and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions within production environments.
- Work alongside product squads to conceptualize and implement new AI-driven features.
- Build and automate robust MLOps pipelines and the underlying infrastructure.
- Ensure our AI services remain high-quality, cost-effective, fair, and ethical.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Deep Learning, including classification, clustering, and regression.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI tools, such as AWS Bedrock.
- Proven skills in prompt engineering and the ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions.
- A pragmatic mindset focused on shipping quickly and adapting to the fast-paced nature of AI innovation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience successfully shipping machine learning models into production.
- Familiarity with MLOps infrastructure specifically for large language models in the cloud.
- A history of open source contributions or relevant scientific publications in the AI and machine learning space.
