The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the evolution of our healthcare AI platform. You will focus on developing and optimizing complex AI agent pipelines, ensuring that our technology meets the rigorous demands of clinical research workflows. By fine-tuning models and refining our architecture, you will play a critical role in turning emerging AI research into practical, reliable solutions that help our partners bring life-saving treatments to patients faster.
A day in the life
- You will fine-tune and optimize large language models to ensure they align perfectly with our specific product requirements.
- You will work closely with our data science, product, and clinical teams to enhance the capabilities of our AI agent platform.
- You will build and maintain efficient, testable code while integrating diverse data sources and databases to ensure high system reliability.
Who you are
You are a dynamic professional with a deep passion for the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You possess a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, and you bring at least five years of experience deploying state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms in production environments. You are comfortable communicating in English and have a strong analytical mindset.
Your technical toolkit includes:
- Expertise in Python and Go.
- A strong foundation in LLM implementation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with semantic similarity pipelines, embedding techniques, and production-level AI deployment.
- Proficiency with graph databases like Neo4j and vector databases like Weaviate.
- A solid background in REST API design and microservices architecture.
