We are currently looking for a visionary engineer to join our internal startup team, where you will build next-generation AI agents designed to tackle complex anti-financial crime challenges. If you are ready to own a technical roadmap and see your work make an immediate impact on global operations, we want to hear from you.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in our London office. You will be at the heart of our mission to transform regulatory processes by developing scalable, auditable, and robust agentic systems.
Your impact
- Agent Architecture: Design and orchestrate sophisticated LLM-based workflows that go beyond simple chains to enable reasoning, loops, and self-correction.
- Reliability and Governance: Build secure guardrails to prevent hallucinations while ensuring every decision made by an agent is fully logged and explainable for regulatory compliance.
- Production Engineering: Take full ownership of the technical roadmap, moving projects from initial prototypes to high-availability production environments using Infrastructure as Code.
What you'll need
- A strong background in software engineering with expert-level proficiency in Python and distributed system design.
- Proven experience building agentic AI, specifically with tool calling, RAG, and stateful workflows.
- Deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB, with the ability to deploy secure serverless architectures.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure while working across technical, operational, and compliance functions.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
- Bonus points if you have experience in Financial Crime, AML, or KYC contexts.
Perks and compensation
- Competitive salary and a performance-based bonus.
- The opportunity to define the architecture for financial crime prevention within a regulated global environment.
- Intellectually stimulating projects that leverage cutting-edge LLM frameworks.
- Direct collaboration with senior technology leaders and compliance experts.
- A dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance work culture that values your unique contribution.
