We are QANDA, a global education platform dedicated to bridging educational gaps through technology. Since our founding by four university students, we have grown to serve over 90 million registered users, with 8 million active students monthly relying on our app to solve problems and connect with top-tier tutors. We are currently expanding our reach by developing an AI Tutor powered by Large Language Models to provide personalized learning support, and we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Seoul.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop modules for solving math problems using Prompt Engineering.
- Manage the serving and optimization of machine learning models.
- Design and build AI modules that analyze and resolve student inquiries.
- Utilize QANDA’s extensive dataset to train and refine proprietary models.
Must-haves
- Professional experience with at least one major machine learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- A Master’s degree in a machine learning related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A growth-oriented mindset and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Fluency in Korean.
Nice-to-haves
- Proven experience designing or executing projects involving LLMs.
- High level of proficiency in machine learning frameworks.
- Practical experience in deploying and operating machine learning services.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
