We empower developers to build, test, deploy, and monitor integrations across cloud and on-premise environments through a powerful low-code interface, removing the need for specialized integration experts. Since our founding in 2017 in São Paulo, we have grown into a distributed team across the Americas, recently securing 60 million dollars in Series B funding to accelerate our expansion within the United States.

The role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our innovation efforts, designing and implementing advanced generative AI models that will directly enhance the capabilities of the Digibee Integration Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex insights into functional, cutting-edge features.

Core responsibilities

• Research and develop innovative generative AI models and algorithms to advance our platform's intelligence.
• Implement and optimize deep learning architectures, with a specific focus on text generation and large-scale data training.
• Collaborate with internal teams and interpret feedback from sales and customer success departments to build impactful, AI-driven features.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in software development and artificial intelligence. We require the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the Hugging Face library.
• A solid understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and natural language processing (NLP) frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
