Having earned the trust of major industry players like Aviva and Convex, we are now looking for talented individuals to join our collaborative and creative engineering team in Poland.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Engineering Velocity team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a pivotal role focused on AI enablement, where you will help us redefine how our engineers build, ship, and operate software. You will be responsible for moving beyond standard tools to lead initiatives that make our development processes faster, safer, and more efficient.
What will you do?
- Identify and lead AI-driven projects that automate repetitive tasks and boost overall engineering productivity.
- Define our strategy for integrating AI into existing workflows by selecting and implementing the most impactful tools and techniques.
- Foster a culture of learning by sharing your expertise, mentoring teammates, and empowering others to contribute to our AI initiatives.

You should have a strong background in building internal platforms and a passion for improving the developer experience. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:
- Practical experience applying LLMs and AI technologies to real-world developer workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- A solid technical foundation in DevOps, including AWS, Terraform, GitLab, and Docker.
- A product-focused mindset with the ability to design solutions that truly meet the needs of your fellow engineers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of projects from inception to delivery.
