What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level position for an AI Engineer - Business Automation. The role is based in Spain and is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from home while collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain AI pipelines that automate manual work, from generating SEO content at scale to creating RAG-based systems that improve internal documentation and decision workflows.
- Implement LLM-based solutions such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows, then integrate them with our CRM, CMS, Notion workspace, and data warehouse.
- Partner with Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support AI initiatives, document reusable patterns, and share best practices while following strict data-protection and access-management guidelines.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for a pragmatic and curious engineer who enjoys moving quickly from idea to working prototype. You will bring hands-on experience building RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering. You have already delivered AI solutions that go beyond simple API calls and provide real value to users or business processes. You are comfortable orchestrating AI agents and LLMs, whether commercial or open-source, and you know how to guard their outputs responsibly. Experience with at least one automation or workflow platform such as n8n, Make.com, or Langdock is essential. You communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues and have taken projects from concept to early production, supported by a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English is required, as our team and documentation are English-first. Candidates must live in Spain and hold a valid work permit for Spain.
What's in it for you?
The gross annual salary for this role ranges from €32.100 to €39.300, with total compensation reaching up to €47.900 when including our Virtual Stock Options Program. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a €1.000 yearly learning budget, a €500 home-office budget, flexible working hours, and the option to work from abroad for up to 90 days each year. Your well-being is supported through mental-wellness resources, online yoga sessions, and dedicated time for therapy or coaching. Once a year the entire team gathers for a company retreat to build connections and create lasting memories together.
