What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior AI Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid position where you will work alongside an experienced team of developers to enhance the stability, usability, and performance of our applications. You will be instrumental in shaping our AI-driven features while working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What will you do?

• Maintain and extend our current machine learning and AI capabilities while brainstorming new features with our product team.
• Develop, optimize, and fine-tune machine learning models, including large language models, while ensuring high code quality through peer reviews.
• Actively participate in technical design documentation and share your expertise in AI techniques with colleagues across the organization.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least 3 years of experience as a Python engineer working on production-level AI and machine learning services. We value technical expertise, but we also look for specific soft skills that help our team thrive.

• Technical Skills: You are proficient in Python, NLP, and machine learning model development. You have experience deploying models as web services and working with cloud services like GCP, Azure, or AWS. Familiarity with Docker, ElasticSearch, and big data tools is essential.
• Problem Solving: You understand the full lifecycle of AI in production, including RAG techniques and prompt engineering. You are comfortable refactoring large codebases and troubleshooting complex model behaviors.
• Collaboration: You are a team player who is ready to ask for help when needed and eager to share knowledge. You take ownership of your tasks and possess the self-discipline to manage projects from start to finish.
• Languages: You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively across our global teams.
