What you'll be doing
- You will design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models, including large language models, to enhance our existing AI features.
- You will collaborate closely with our product team to brainstorm and build new AI-driven capabilities while ensuring the stability and performance of our pipelines.
- You will act as a technical leader by providing code reviews, sharing AI best practices with your peers, and participating in the design of technical features through documentation and RFCs.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Python engineer working on production-grade AI and machine learning services. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating large codebases and has a strong grasp of NLP, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques. You should be proficient in building and deploying models as web services using tools like FastAPI, NumPy, and Pydantic. Since our tech stack is diverse, experience with MySQL, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Docker is essential. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively across our global teams.
