The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our team in Brazil on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is a vital part of our engineering group, where you will play a direct role in shaping our product strategy. You will be at the forefront of our technical initiatives, using your expertise to build intelligent solutions that drive real impact for our clients.

A day in the life

• You will design and deploy sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithms to address intricate business problems.
• You will work closely with our data scientists and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our existing product ecosystem.
• You will leverage cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, to ensure our machine learning models are both scalable and efficient.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a solid background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. You possess a strong track record in software development with a specific focus on artificial intelligence. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with key libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of LLM and RAG technologies.
• Proven experience working with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to contribute both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• An advanced level of English, as you will be working closely with our international team members.
