About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Creative Specialist to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This on-site position is perfect for someone who loves merging artistic design with the latest in artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in crafting our brand identity by producing high-quality, effective visual content that resonates with our global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven creative production by experimenting with emerging technologies to generate fresh visual assets and concepts for our marketing campaigns.
• Perform expert-level image retouching and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop to ensure all visuals meet our high brand standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from initial concept development to final delivery, while collaborating across departments to maintain a consistent visual narrative.

Requirements

• Significant experience in professional image retouching and creative production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Leonardo, or KREA.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your technical skills, creative conceptualization, and ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
