Klarna is seeking a talented and innovative AI Creative Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This unique role is designed for an individual who is passionate about blending the art of design with the power of AI technology. As an AI Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and commercially effective imagery using a combination of advanced AI tools and Adobe products. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping Klarna's brand identity and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Creative Production:Utilize AI tools to generate creative concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns. Explore and experiment with new AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven design.

Advanced Retouching:Apply expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop for professional image retouching and manipulation. Ensure all visual content aligns with Klarna's brand standards and aesthetic.

Creative Conceptualization:Develop innovative and engaging concepts that are not only visually appealing but also effectively communicate Klarna's marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive visual language across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creative production and professional image retouching.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite products.

Familiar with some of the leading AI image generating tools such as: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo, KREA or similar.

Demonstrated ability to generate creative and effective visual concepts.

Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of technical skill and creativity within positive restraints (such as working within established guidelines).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
