What you bring

We are looking for a Senior AI Compiler Engineer to join our team on a Full Time basis. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our multi-framework and multi-hardware compiler infrastructure, working remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing a scalable, high-quality machine learning compiler based on MLIR.
• Designing and implementing extensible optimizations that support various machine learning models across diverse hardware devices.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build a balanced stack that maximizes the performance of modern server and mobile systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of compiler algorithms and data structures, paired with extensive experience in C++. You should have a strong background in machine learning graph optimizations and familiarity with compiler technologies like TensorRT, LLVM, or MLIR. We value candidates who are curious, creative, and thrive in collaborative environments. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, an advanced degree in Computer Science or experience with model quantization is highly regarded. You should also be comfortable with standard development tools such as GitHub.

What we offer
