AI Backend Engineer at Uberall

Since 2013, we have been building a SaaS platform that helps multi-location brands connect with their customers through search, discovery, and engagement. Our team of over 400 people across 30 countries is currently pushing the boundaries of Location Performance Optimization with our agentic AI, UB-I. What you'll be doing

• Design and implement sophisticated AI agent architectures that are tailored specifically for customer engagement and automation.
• Develop and maintain robust pipelines for agent memory, reasoning, planning, and tool use by integrating LLMs, RAG systems, and external APIs.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve our deployed agents based on real-world analytics and customer feedback to ensure high performance and safety.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI and machine learning systems.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
• Strong programming skills in Python and practical experience working within cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• A solid understanding of NLP tasks, information retrieval, knowledge graphs, and MLOps practices for model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our diverse, global team.
