The opportunity

We are seeking a Mid-Level AI and Automation Engineer to help us pioneer the next generation of intelligent capabilities within our Microsoft-centric ecosystem. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, building sophisticated AI assistants and automated workflows that empower our teams. You will bridge the gap between complex software engineering and practical business application, specifically within the financial services and wealth management sectors. Your work will involve integrating large language models into our enterprise systems, ensuring that every solution we deploy is secure, compliant, and highly effective for our users.

A day in the life

• Design and develop intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform to streamline internal processes and boost employee productivity.
• Connect AI agents to our enterprise data sources and RESTful APIs, ensuring that our tools provide context-rich, real-time information retrieval through Azure AI services.
• Manage the full lifecycle of our AI solutions by building CI/CD pipelines, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining rigorous security and compliance standards.

Who you are

You are a skilled engineer who combines technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in software development or automation. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and possess the following skills:

• Deep proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Power Automate, and experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of data integration.
• A DevOps mindset, including experience with version control and automated build-test-deploy processes using Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical requirements and the needs of our business partners in finance and operations.
• A commitment to security compliance and responsible AI practices, ensuring our tools meet the high standards required in the financial industry.
