What you bring

We are seeking a Senior-level AI Applications Administrator to join our team on a Full Time basis. This role is based 100% on-site at our Erlanger, Kentucky office. You will act as the primary subject-matter expert for our enterprise AI platforms, ensuring that our tools are secure, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing and administering enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise to ensure reliable performance.
• Overseeing Azure AD app registrations, user provisioning, and licensing to maintain secure access.
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive AI adoption while monitoring costs, metrics, and data protection through SIEM integrations.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive, customer-centric mindset. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT or managing large language model environments. We are looking for proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, with additional knowledge of Python being a distinct advantage. You should have a solid grasp of Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Purview, and SIEM logging practices. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex problems and maintain high operational standards. Relevant certifications, such as those for an Azure AI Engineer or Microsoft 365 Administrator, are highly desirable.
